JOC Construction is our go-to construction company. They partner with Gordian’s Cooperative Job Order Contracting, saving us time and money with procurement. Boulder Public Library District has hired them for several jobs from repairs and interior renovations to historic restoration. There doesn’t seem to be any project or facility issue they aren’t willing to tackle. They’ve been able solve some 15+ year old problems that have baffled other contractors and correct issues in a new build that were left by the original builder. Project Management with JOC Construction is a breeze. They provide options and when possible, combine jobs to save us money. They are professional, innovative problem-solvers and very responsive.
